A man is dead and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is now looking for suspects after a shooting in a residential area in central Richmond Thursday evening.
Multiple RCMP cruisers and members of the Vancouver Police Department's Gang Crime Unit were spotted at the scene. Neighbours said they heard a series of loud pops around 6 p.m.
