A man who was convicted of killing a man outside a Vancouver Costco has been sentenced to 18 months in jail and two years of probation.
In December, a B.C. Supreme Court jury found Thomas Toth, 60, guilty of the Dec. 20, 2017 manslaughter of Orlando Ocampo, 86.

The two men, who did not know each other, had each gone to the store to do some Christmas shopping.
Toth, who was accompanied by his 16-year-old daughter, had completed his shopping and was leaving the store when he had his first encounter with Ocampo.

Two Canada-wide arrest warrants have been issued for a pair of Metro Vancouver criminals who skipped out on their sentencing hearings.
Vancouver police are asking for the public’s help in locating 61-year-old Thomas Toth, while Surrey RCMP is on the lookout for 49-year-old Michael Norberg.
