Police say Joseph Anthony ragsdale was the driver who hit the bicyclist near east 30th avenue and north 50th street. It happened around 3 30 saturday morning. Police say someone called in a tip that ragsdale was the person they were looking for. 3 tampa police are still looking for the person who hit and killed a driver in ybor city and just kept going. It happened just after 10 oclock saturday night on Republica De Cuba north. Just south of 28th avenue east. The area was very active overnight as investigators processed the scene.
