KVH Industries Names CFO
Chief operating officer Brent Bruun will relinquish the interim CFO role when Kuebel joins KVH on March 8.
Kuebel has more than 17 years of finance leadership experience at technology companies, including CFO at Seaborn Networks Holdings and treasurer at Aspen Technology.
“[Roger] is an accomplished executive who brings to KVH diverse, hands-on experience across all areas of financial planning, reporting, capital markets and strategic transactions,” KVH CEO Martin Kits van Heyningen said in the statement. “I also want to thank Brent Bruun for taking on the CFO role during this interim period.”
“As someone who has had a lifelong passion for navigation, as well as many years spent as a financial executive in telecom … I look forward to focusing my initial efforts on intensifying our cost-containment efforts, boosting operational efficiencies and helping optimize our allocation of resources,” Kuebel said.
