The s p 5 00 closed at a new alltime high and the nasdaq setting a fresh 13year high and more milestones, the dow transport the small cap russe russerussell 2,000 and more ending at record closes. With the budget and debt ceiling deals wrapped up, investors focused on fundamentals. Stronger than expected manufacturing data from the Philadelphia Federal Reserve bank.
