VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a 4.8% dividend increase over the current quarterly dividend level, its seventh consecutive annual increase. The Board’s action on April 16, 2021 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share, or $0.88 annualized, payable on May 11, 2021, to stockholders of record on April 26, 2021.
The current yield of the Company’s common stock is 2.92% based on an annualized dividend rate of $0.88 per share and the April 15
th closing price of $30.11.
The Company has 9,566,283 shares of common stock outstanding as of April 12th, 2021.
