LEGAZPI CITY - The Department of Agriculture-Bicol (DA-5) through the Rice and High-Value Crops Development Program distributed PHP5 million worth of various agricultural inputs and supplies under the Quick Response Fund (QRF) to the province of Albay. In an interview on Thursday, Lovella Guarin, DA-5 information officer, said the interventions of DA-5 aim to help Albay farmers continue to rehabilitate their agricultural production areas after the three consecutive typhoons hit the region in 2020.
