West Des Moines Police say 60year old Michael Madson was at Valley West Mall on saturday. They claim he exposed himself to a mall employee. Officers arrested madson and he is now charged with public exposure. The Des Moines Public School district says madson was immediately put on leave. He resigned on tuesday.
