A french-fry eatery, mattress store and physical therapy practice are slated to open soon at Canton’s Shops at Farmington Valley, adding to recent growth at the retail center.
The Jefferson Fry Co. restaurant and BodyFit Physical Therapy will open later in the summer while a new Sleep Number store is already in operation, the center announced.
The Shops at Farmington restaurant is the third for Jefferson Fry Co., which offers flavored fries. The chain first opened in Cromwell and also operates at Hartford’s Parkville Market.
