Hy-Vee, Inc. announces today that in partnership with the Historic Valley Junction Foundation, it will host a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Valley Junction Farmersâ Markets in West Des Moines.
The first clinic will be Thursday, May 6, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. No appointment will be required. Individuals will be able to choose between the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine or Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine. Pfizer-BioNTech is available for individuals 16 years of age and older and requires two doses, and the Janssen vaccine is available for individuals 18 years of age and older and requires only one dose.
