CEO of SpaceX and tech billionaire Elon Musk is going to help improve the internet connection one Irish town.
Emma Fitzpatrick from Knockawaddra, Co Cork has been campaigning for better connection since the pandemic hit.
During the lockdown Emma’s family decided to upgrade to mobile broadband but after a strong gust of wind the system crashed.
According to The Journal, locals have lost jobs because they were unable to be online and children couldn’t attend online classes.
