Drivers are hitting those brake, taking it slow as they get on the eastern span of the bridge because you can feel the impact of those winds. We have to tell you about traffic problems out in vallejo. The two right lanes in if the eastbound direction, the 80 near tennessee street, they have been shut down because of some down power lines in the area. Theres no estimated time to reopen.
