The Carlsbad City Council will meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday to give final approval to a request for tax relief for Taylor Made Golf Company and Callaway Golf Company. The council will also discuss ways to form an independent redistricting commission. An amendment will be considered to reconfigure Open Space zoning boundaries on the West Oaks property to accommodate emergency access and preserve habitat areas southwest of Palomar Airport Road and Palomar Oaks Way.
