Valero’s Lakota Ethanol Plant recently awarded $14,850 to Camp Okoboji Lutheran Association. The ethanol plant distributed $75,000 to seven area charities from funds raised through the Valero Texas Open, Valero Benefit for Children and the Valero Community Investment grants.
The 2023 Valero Benefit for Children local recipients are:
• Riding Light - InFaith
• Camp Okoboji – JOY Camp
• Northwest Iowa Mental Health Center – North Union Schools
