Rustic Buffalo is holding a Valentine Sip and Shop spectacular, a four-day shopping extravaganza, from Feb. 16 to 19 at the Kenan Center, 433 Locust St., Lockport. The event schedule is as follows: Thursday, Feb. 16: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Senior day – free coffee from 10 a.m. to noon.) Friday, Feb. 17: 10
