RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) Yazeed Al Rajhi rebounded from a costly mishap to win the seventh stage of the Dakar Rally after starting 40th on Saturday. Nasser Al-Attiyah took it easy and finished 19 minutes behind, and retained his overall lead by more than an hour.
Loeb and Fabian Lurquin in their BRX Prodrive Hunter won the 346km eighth stage from Al Duwadimi to Riyadh by 2 mins 11 secs from Al Attiyah and Mathieu Baumel to climb to fourth place in the overall rankings.
