ISKCON had approached the court against Vishna Foods, that owns store by the name of ‘Annakoot’ and sells its food product under the name of Annakoot Iskcon.
ISKCON has approached the court alleging infringement of its registered trademark along with a cause of action for passing off.
Mumbai: The International Society for Krishna Consciousness also known as ISKCON won a major relief when the Bombay High Court restrained New Delhi-based Vishna Foods Pvt Ltd from using the trademark ISKCON in any manner until further orders.
