DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) - Vaccination of Iowa’s population continued a steady climb, based on new state data on Saturday morning, with other coronavirus-related metrics reflecting recent trends. As of 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, the Iowa Department of Public Health said that 436 individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 were added to the state’s total in the last 24 hours, which is now 362,678 since the start of the pandemic. The seven-day rolling average of new cases reported per day is 488.3.
