Taking serious note of the incident, chief medical officer Dr V B Singh sought an explanation from the cold chain handler for the lapse even though arrangements of vaccine storage had already been made at GWH. The dry run of Covid-19 vaccination at GWH had not begun when a man reached there with four cold-chain boxes on a bicycle, but the security personnel stopped him from entering the hospital.
