Gavin Newsom announced a series of initiatives building on the state’s work to vaccinate California’s hard-to-reach communities against COVID-19, address vaccine hesitancy and drive innovative efforts in the communities hardest hit by the pandemic. 2 New COVID Cases In Tuolumne, 3 In Calaveras

Updated COVID-19 Regional Report Tuolumne County Tuolumne Public Health reports two new COVID-19 community cases, a man age 40 to 49 and a woman age 80 to 89.  One person was released from the hospital, two have been released from isolation, active cases decreased one to 13, and no cases are currently hospitalized. Tuolumne County has a total of 4,008 cases split between 2,592 community cases and the Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) inmate cases remain at 1,416. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation reports SCC has one active COVID-19 positive inmate at the prison today.
