Ensure Services In Govt Hospitals Are On Par With Corporate Facilities: AP CM Mar 03, 2021, 10:21 IST
Amaravati: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the officials to ensure that services in Government hospitals are on par with corporate hospitals and not to compromise on Nadu-Nedu funds and complete the initiative within a specified timelines.
During the review meeting held on Nadu Nedu (Health) here on Tuesday, the Chief Minister instructed the officials to focus on the maintenance of existing hospitals, newly constructed hospitals and teaching hospitals. If there are any issues related to land acquisition or any other regarding Nadu-Nedu works, the Chief Minister said to bring to his notice for immediate solution.

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday announced that additional 10,011 YSR health clinics will be set up in the state. This apart, the existing 1,426 clinics will be renovated. Reviewing the operation of clinics, the CM instructed officials to ensure that construction of new clinics is completed by September.
Officials informed the Chief Minister that construction works are going on at a brisk pace. Jagan Mohan Reddy asked officials to ensure that adequate staff are deployed at all the clinics. He ordered them to complete renovation of old PHCs and construct new ones on a war footing.
