Leg 5 - American Magic took that fourth leg in one jibe and have taken a similar line on this one, almost sailing mark to mark. Their lead is more than 600m.

Race organisers have deemed the Americans have retired - they re obviously in no condition to continue - the Italians win.
American Magic struggled in light winds but Team UK continued to impress in the challenger series.
American Magic boss Terry Hutchinson insists there’s no panic in his camp as the pre-regatta favourites remain without a win after two days of the Prada Cup challenger series. The New York Yacht Club’s team struck nightmare light wind conditions for their turn to have a double header day in Auckland on Saturday, failing to finish in time against Luna Rossa and then being humbled by INEOS Team UK, finishing 4m 59s behind. American Magic sit 0-3, with the British unbeaten at the top of the table, and the Italians finally off the mark but facing two races on Sunday in conditions that could provide a test at the other end of the wind scale.

Not much to be taken from today s events and not the final workout Team NZ would have hoped for.
Now the challengers have three weeks until the Prada Cup series begins, while the Kiwis will wait and watch from the sidelines, racing among themselves presumably.
Still, this week has whetted the public appetite for these AC75 boats, which are obviously capable of high speeds and perhaps less capable of really low speeds.
