A body found in a dock yesterday has been confirmed as a man who d been missing for the last three months.
Also known as Theo, the 28-year-old was last seen in the early hours of 4 December on Beckwith Street in the Wirral town.
In recent weeks, his family had spoken publicly about his disappearance, urging him to come home, and police had launched a series of urgent appeals.

A young man who went missing after claiming he could hear voices outside his flat hasn t been seen in three months, leaving his loved ones frantically searching for him.
Uyapo Hayunga-Macha, also known as Theo, has not been seen since December 4 and his family are growing increasingly worried.
The 28-year-old, who lives in Birkenhead, was last seen by his stepdad as he was getting into an ambulance months ago.
