The top programs are affordable, respected and flexible, the website says.

Intelligent.com evaluated 242 programs from 160 institutions to select the top 50. Each program was evaluated on the basis of flexibility, faculty, course strength, cost and reputation. The website then calculated an “Intelligent Score” for each program on a scale of zero to 100.
