HSBC Securities Services has launched fund administration services in Thailand, which it says will allow asset owners and managers to outsource their back-office operations, cut costs and focus on their core business.
“Our clients have expressed a keen desire to improve efficiency and reduce cost, reduce operational risk, adapt to their investors’ needs and manage regulatory changes effectively,” Utumporn Viranuvatti, HSBC’s head of securities services for Thailand, says in a statement on March 17.
“We are supporting our clients by offering a high degree of straight-through processing with end-to-end solutions that complement their core activities,” she adds.
Prior to the launch of the fund administration service, HSBC Securities Services offers fund supervisory and custodians services.
