Rolling Stone Bob Dylan Center in Tulsa to Open to the Public in May 2022
Museum to feature artifacts, never-before-seen footage, and unreleased recordings from Bob Dylan Archive

The Bob Dylan Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma a museum dedicated to artifacts from the singer’s massive archive will open to the public on May 10th, 2022.
The announcement of the Bob Dylan Center comes five years after the secret Bob Dylan Archive first arrived at Tulsa’s Center for American Research at the Gilcrease Museum.
The archive purchased by the George Kaiser Family Foundation features over 100,000 items, including handwritten lyrics, never-before-seen concert performances and live footage, rare photographs, and unreleased recordings; one of those recordings, the earliest-known version of “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right” that Dylan recorded at his friends’ apartment in the autumn of 1962, was available to download courtesy of the Bob Dylan C
Student-Led Cooking Class Offers Independence, Life Skills For People With Physical Challenges
A cooking class led by two University of Oklahoma-Tulsa graduate students is giving people with physical challenges independence and some new skills in the kitchen.
Some of the people who come to Tulsa s Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges were born with physical challenges. Others, after suffering a stroke or accident, found themselves re-learning how to do things that used to feel so easy. I never really liked to cook prior to my stroke nine years ago, but I think now that it is more of a challenge, I enjoy it, said participant Sherri Watson.

The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges partnered with the Oklahoma Caring Foundation to help make sure all their clients could get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Staff members at The Center For Individuals with Physical Challenges said a few words come to mind Friday including fellowship, community, and a sense of hope that happy days are ahead.
Friends and family of John said he s silly, social and doesn t like to sit still. However, like many others in the special needs community, John s spent the last year in isolation. Having to keep him at home. Us not being able to visit him. His caregivers having to take special precautions so they can maintain a relationship with him. Those relationships are gold for him. Change is difficult, said Lynn Endres, sister and guardian.
