(NYSE: SWX) announced consolidated earnings of $2.03 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2021, a $0.72 increase from consolidated earnings of $1.31 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2020. Consolidated net income was $117.3 million for the first quarter of 2021, compared to consolidated net income of $72.5 million for the first quarter of 2020.
