Police said Bradley Iannone, 32, of New Hartford, was stopped as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of drugs in Utica. Police said Iannone was found with quantities of meth and fentanyl.
The DEA s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday aims to prevent medication misuse and opioid addiction by encouraging the public to dispose of unneeded medications.
Police said Edward Reesh, of Utica, was sending messages to other people threatening to use his AK-47 assault rifle, while also sending pictures of the rifle. Police said Reesh had previously shown off rifle magazines to other people and made similar threats.
