A Utica woman is charged with felony assault for attacking a man with a glass bottle, requiring him to have several staples at the hospital, according to the Utica Police Department.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is looking for a local man on charges of forgery following a warrant issued in Utica City Court. Police are looking for 35-year-old Peter J. Polanski on charges of forgery in the 2nd.
