The music scene is very much alive even amid the COVID-19 pandemic, this is evident in the number of chart-topping releases by the world s most beloved artists. This year, the Billboard Music Awards Top Social Artist category is dominated by Asian acts, with South Korea s BTS, Blackpink, Seventeen, and Philippines SB19 on the list.
The Weekend, who recently shared his After Hours album, landed 16 nominations more than any other artist. This was trailed by DaBaby with 11 nominations and the late Pop Smoke with 10.
