Mr. Speaker,
It is always good to be back in Parliament, and to discharge the duty, in accordance with Article 67 of the Constitution, of delivering to the House a Message on the State of the Nation. I am particularly delighted as this Message is the first of my 2nd term, the validity of which was unanimously upheld last week in a well-reasoned and excellent ruling by a seven-member panel of the Supreme Court, presided over by the Chief Justice, on 4th March 2021.

TSM is one of the most legendary organizations in professional League of Legends and its origin goes all the way back to the very beginning.
TSM is one of those names that any competitive LoL fan has heard before. It’s the name that was a key part of making the North American scene boom all those years ago and it’s the name that has been chanted at the biggest events in the world without TSM even participating. But what is the history behind TSM and what does it even stand for?

During a visit on Saturday, Madam Efua Damson, a midwife in charge of the maternity, told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that the two births were through natural means and that they were healthy.
She said the first delivery of a female was recorded at 05:00 hours while the second, was at 1400 hours.
Madam Damson noted that no delivery was recorded on Christmas day.
She urged pregnant women to take their antenatal clinics seriously so they could have safe delivery.
Madam Gladys Arthur, one of the women who was delivered of the baby at the facility, commended the health workers at the Centre for their selfless service to their patients amid the coronavirus pandemic.
