After 23 years of working as a school janitor, Tylan Bailey earned his bachelor’s degree to become a teacher. This fall, he aims to start his career as a physical education teacher.
Despite working for over two decades in one area, Bailey proves that it’s never too late to change careers and pursue your passion.
“Returned to college at 40 years old,” Bailey shared on Twitter. “Graduated at 43 years old with a B.S.E in Health and Physical Education, minor in Special Education with Honors “Cum Laude”.
