Mr. Chair, fellow commissioners, ladies and gentlemen, good morning, my name is nelson lum, and im the newly appointed member of this commission. Ive been a resident since 1961, and i went to school here. Upon graduation from George Washington high school, in 1966, i was soon notified by uncle sam that he had a special interest in me. I was inducted in the army where i volunteers to be a member of the paratrooper unit, and after training, i was assigned to kentucky with 101st airborne division. In 1967, my division was deployed to vietnam. Luckily, i returned in november 1968, wit

Ofare announcing a expansion medicare telehealth. Medicare patients can visit a video without additional cost using facetime and skype. This has not been done before either. Telehealth services for patients , the patient is not seeing the doctor but they are seeing the doctor so there is no getting close. During this time, we will not ipaarce applicable hui penalties. We also are in deep preparation and planning and discussion of our 2020 getting there together event. I dont know if all of you were there, but im sure most of you are aware that we held this last year with all of our organizations and city organizations, park and recreation. We all came together and well be doing that again on sunday, september 13th, celebrating adults with disability and those of us working in aging. This is the february 19th meeting of the San Francisco Police Commission. We have a special meeting in the ingleside district, this is my Police Station so im really happy to be here. We dont have too full of an agenda tonight, so well allow three minutes for Public Comment. With that, lets get started. Call the first item. Line item 1a. Chiefs report will be limited to a brief description of the significant incidents.
