NEW DELHI: China has not yet withdrawn from several forward positions it seized following clashes with Indian troops in Ladakh, according to a report by top American commander.
In the report submitted to the Senate Armed Services Committee, Admiral Philip S Davidson says the large-scale mobilization by Chinese Army has stoked regional concerns that the PRC will increasingly use force to achieve desired outcomes.
Davidson is US Navy Commander for the Indo-Pacific command.
