CBRE closes industrial portfolio sale leaseback featuring 15 properties May 13, 2021
CBRE has arranged an industrial portfolio sale leaseback on behalf of its client OmniMax International. The deal featured 15 properties across 10 markets in the United States and Canada that were acquired by U.S. Realty Advisors.
The sales transactions closed on April 29, and OmniMax has signed long-term leases at each of the properties where they plan on maintaining “business as usual” operations. No sales prices or lease terms were disclosed.
