City leaders say they want the next fleet of U.S. mail delivery trucks to be built in Milwaukee. As soon as Wisconsin s Oshkosh Corp. won the prized $482 million contract last week to build up to 165,000 next-generation fleet of U.S. Postal Service vehicles, Milwaukee Alderman Khalif Rainey saw an opportunity.
