A warrant has been issued for Dana Jeffrey Dolan, 24, of an unknown address, on felony counts of negligent homicide, manslaughter, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. These charges stem from an incident late last year that involved the death of a 21-month-old child due to ingestion of a controlled drug, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. Dolan was last known to be in the Tilton, Northfield, and Laconia (NH) areas, where he is known to have family, friends, and associates.
