Officials Release Details of Search and Rescue of San Angelo Man
SAN ANGELO, TX – Several Law Enforcement agencies teamed up Wednesday to search for a San Angelo area man who had a medical condition and was reported missing by his family.
The Tom Green County Sheriff s Office released the following information Thursday:
Kevin Minzenmayer, 26, was last seen by his family around 9:00 P.M. on Friday, January 29, 2021. His family reported him missing to the San Angelo Police Department the next day.
Minzenmayer s truck was subsequently discovered in the area of the Twin Buttes spillway and on Wednesday, February 03, 2021, a multi-agency searched ensued at approximately 9:00 A.M. The search continued throughout the day and into the evening. At approximately 9:15 P.M. a thermal image observed from a U.S Customs Air Branch Division aircraft was identified as potentially being Mr. Minzenmayer. Law enforcement personnel on the ground were directed to the imag
