Sangster is the mayor of the Resort Village of Kannata Valley, a seasonal cottage community that lies 40 minutes north of Regina. Although the village currently has an administrator with the right credentials, that wasn’t always the case, and Sangster worries that it might be difficult to fill the position in future should the time come to hire someone new.
