HUBA holiday events wrap up 2020
Pageant, tree lighting and parade bring festive end to year

Grand marshals of the 2020 Annual Lighted Christmas Parade, the family of the late Joe Mahan, enjoyed a carriage ride during the festivities that were held on the evening of Dec. 12 in downtown Hillsboro.
