STEPHEN REMONDINI IRON RIVER For the third consecutive year, Stephen Remondini was the top-producing real estate agent with Wild Rivers Realty & Associates Inc. Remondini sold $10,171,367 in real estate during 2020, according to the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors statistics. During the year, he represented a total of 107 sides, 52 sides as the buyer’s agent and 55 sides as the seller’s agent. “When Stephen approached me about becoming a realtor, I knew that he’d become a top-producing realtor in no time,” said Jill Ponozzo, broker/owner.  Born and raised in Gaastra, Remondini graduated from West Iron County High School and then attended Gogebic Community College before pursuing a career in real estate in 2014.
