The Los Padres Forest says Paradise Road is open for visitors on foot or bikes at the first crossing but not for cars due to the ongoing water flow. More access is expected in July.
According to Santa Barbara County Fire's Public Information Officer, a man was out hunting when he got stuck over the side of a cliff above the Upper Oso area in Los Padres National Forest.
