Hamilton police say a man who pulled over a driver on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway on Friday is not an actual officer.
Police say the driver was on the Linc near Upper Gage Avenue at 12:30 a.m.
They say a black, Ford SUV Interceptor was behind the driver and emergency lights inside the front windshield were flashing.

Hamilton police have arrested four people they say attacked an autistic male, who was sprayed with a substance similar to bear spray.
On Thursday, Feb. 4, police were called to a shopping plaza at Upper Gage Avenue and Lincoln Alexander Parkway for an assault. The victim was walking alone, officers had said, when he was randomly attacked.

Hamilton city councillors have voted to reduce the speed limit on a section of Upper Gage Avenue where 11-year-old Jude Strickland was hit by a pick-up truck and killed in December.
