David Young is running for the Republican nomination for the Region II seat on the Montoursville Area School Board.
Region II includes Fairfield and Upper Fairfield townships.
Young retired in 2016 from the State Police after serving 26 years and holding the rank of Captain, Troop F, Montoursville.
“As the Captain of Troop F, I was in charge of over 275 sworn Troopers, as well as 25 civilian employees.
