A situational report from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) said that, as of 5 p.m., December 18, a total of 207 families in different areas of Davao de Oro due to the large amount of rainfall brought by “Vicky” that resulted in floods and landslides.
The affected families came from the towns of Compostela (50), Monkayo (51), Montevista (58), and Pantukan (48).
Governor Jayvee Tyron Uy noted that there was no casualty recorded.
“Wala’y narecord o nareport nga casualty ang probinsya sa paghapak sa TD Vicky sa Davao de Oro (No casualty recorded or even report in the province while TD Vicky hit Davao de Oro),” Uy said in a Facebook post.
