Central Pa. school brings on legal firm to investigate students’ stories of racism, recommend changes

The Upper Adams School District on Wednesday announced they have appointed Fox Rothschild Attorneys at Law of Philadelphia as a third-party investigator to conduct an independent, unbiased assessment of the district’s policies, procedures and response to the acts of racism and ethnic discrimination shared by Biglerville High School students and former students on social media.
Those social media sites include the Racism at Biglerville High School Facebook page, which went live in January and continues to post stories from more than 100 people who attended the school in the heart of Pennsylvania’s Fruit Belt.
