Bengaluru:upGrad, an edtech startup promoted by entrepreneur Ronnie Screwvala, has acquired Impartus, a video-enabled learning solutions provider, and committed over Rs 150 crore towards acquisition and investment into the firm.
With this acquisition, upGrad which mainly targets working professionals hopes to strengthen its presence in India’s higher education market.
