After more than a week of silence, President Biden addressed the growing campus chaos on thursday. Theres the right to protest but not the the right the cause chaos with. Vandalism, trespassing, breaking windows, shutting down campuses, forcing the cancellation of classes and graduations, none of this is a peaceful protest. Dissent is essential to democracy, but dissent must if never heed to disorder or denying the rights of others so students can finish the semester and their college education. so it is an opportunity for a lot of entrepreneurs to go out, maybe they were meta, amazon, and go out and make new companies. it is an excellent time to start a company. so you will see a lot of innovation in a few years, and most of the class of companies we know now as large, all were born during a downturn whether 2008, 2001. it is definitely significant across these companies, but this is an opportunity to right size their companies, why not take it if nobody else is. you can make your stock look better, et cetera. you know, i think it depends how you do it, obviously, twitter is criticized for the way they have been laying off, others like the whole bunch of them that are going public, airbnb was very famous for laying off a much more civil way with the people they laid off. that was in the pandemic. so i think that is the question, what will they do with people who are on visas, things like that, what kind of aid they will give these workers.
