MANILA - The Department of Health (DOH) on Wednesday logged 237 new Covid-19 cases, pushing the country's total tally of infections to 2,836, 915. The figure is only two cases higher compared to 235, the lowest single-day infection recorded by the DOH in 18 months on Tuesday. In its latest case bulletin, the DOH said the active cases declined further to 10,193 after 565 new recoveries have been reported. The country now has 2,776,273 recoveries. About 3,876 of the active cases are mild, 567 are asymptomatic, 391 are critical, 1,867 are severe, and 3,492 are moderate. "Of the 237 reported cases today, 215 or 91 percent occurred within the recent 14 days - Dec. 2 to 15, 2021.
