portions of that speech to their own liking and for their own purposes. it is a 45-page, seven-count felony indictment unsealed today, and it names two defendants other than tom barrack. it is tom barrack but it is also somebody who work for him at his company, colony capital, a man named matthew grimes, and also a businessman from the united arab emirates. tom barrack and the other guy from colony capital were arrested and arraigned today, but the other guy from the uae was not and he is still at large. they are seeking thinks arrest in connection with the indictment. they say he was questioned by fbi agents in conjunction with this matter in 2019 and thereafter he left the united states, just a few days after that interview with the fbi and he has never been back in the united states since. after tom barrack spoke with the mueller investigators himself, we know that he spoke with the fbi again in june of 2019.

white house dealt with records relate to the president s call with the president of ukraine that was the basis for the whistleblower s complaint. in this complaint unsealed today, the whistleblower says, quote, white house officials told me that they were, quote, directed by white house lawyers to remove the electronic transcript from the computer system in which such transcripts are typically stored. instead it was loaded into a separate electronic system that is used to store and handle classified information of an especially sensitive nature. oceans to say that this was not the first time the white house had done such a thing. using the special secure server to hide information that was not nationally security sensitive but was politically sensitive because it related to the president s own potential misbehavior. joining us now, a former counsel under president obama. thank you so much for making time. i appreciate it.
he also, he said emtd to potentially attack a major news network. he also referenced some kind of attack against the presidential candidate beto o rourke. the fbi here saying they were very much involved in this. they had an informant, someone who was cooperating with them, who was communicating with this man, and obviously they ve been following him. and they were alerted to his facebook postings of quite some time ago, so they were very much involved in this. they were monitoring this. and then finally they decided to arrest him, the court documents being unsealed today. that s all we know at this point, but very troubling, the fbi moving n arresting him. he faces about 20 years of prison and a $250,000 fine.
